Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If you need an inspection, make sure you're there before 3pm, otherwise there's a very high chance whoever's doing the inspections will have already gone home for the day. This is the second time in four years I've gone to this location and the inspector has been gone before end of business hours; the first time the store told me to come before 4. Today I got to the station at 3:15p and they told me to come before 3 next time. If you're going to offer separate hours for inspections, then make note of it in the store hours!

Stopped for an inspection, no wait and the young man Jagger was very professional, polite and fast. It literally took 4 min for the inspection. Will definitely come back

Every time we go here the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always find us a discount. This is the first oil change place to actually tell me in detail what I'm looking for when they show you the oil stick.

Erik talked really fast, I couldn’t understand what he was saying and he was rude. The guy who did my oil change dropped something from my car to the oil pan and I don’t know what it was. Service was quick.

Raymond & Erik are awesome! They always greet you with a great attitude. They listen well to your request and the customer service is excellent. They're quick fast and a delight to deal with. Thank you gentlemen for being the best oil change station in town! :D
